JewelExpo acts as a marketplace platform and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. Users agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Membership and promotional services are generally non-refundable once activated. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. JewelExpo reserves the right to reject refund requests where services have already been delivered.
